Why does Bulandshahr matter in the corridor?

Three projects meet here: the Ganga Expressway, which crosses the Ganga between Siyana in Bulandshahr district and Rukhalu in Amroha district; the approved Jewar (Noida Airport) link, which ends at Bahapur, near Syana, Bulandshahr district (on the Ganga Expressway); and the largest IMLC node.

The Jewar link runs through four Bulandshahr tehsils: Khurja, Bulandshahr, Syana and Shikarpur (Bulandshahr district). UPEIDA froze land sales along its alignment in July 2025.

What industry is the district known for?

The state highlights Ceramics (Khurja) for Bulandshahr. Khurja’s potteries are an established cluster.

What should land buyers here check?

Treat any village between Syana, Khurja, Shikarpur and Bulandshahr town as possibly affected by the link road or the node until you have checked otherwise at the tehsil. See the Bulandshahr district page for more.

Frequently asked questions

Where exactly is the Bulandshahr industrial node?

The node's village list and boundaries have not yet been published in a form we could verify. When they are, we will list the villages here. Until then, ask the Bulandshahr district administration or UPEIDA before assuming a plot is inside or outside it.

Why is the Bulandshahr node the largest?

The state has not explained the size in its statements that we have seen. Bulandshahr does combine several advantages: the Ganga Expressway, the approved link to Noida International Airport at Jewar, and an existing ceramics cluster at Khurja.

Does the Jewar link pass through the industrial node?

The link ends at Bahapur near Syana in Bulandshahr district and touches 56 villages in total, most of them in Bulandshahr. Whether any of them overlap the node has not been confirmed. Both projects mean acquisition risk in the area, so check notification status for any village before buying.
