This policy explains how gangaexpressway.com handles personal data, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Contact for questions, withdrawal of consent or grievances: noidaland@gmail.com or +91 73030 51900 (call or WhatsApp).

What do we collect?

Only what you type into our forms:

  • All forms: your name and mobile number, an optional message, and the page you were on. If you arrived from a campaign link, we also record the campaign tags in that link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign).
  • Selling land: district, tehsil, village, area, asking price, the documents you have and, if you choose to give it, the khasra or gata number.
  • Buying land: districts of interest, area, budget band and purpose.
  • Listing a project: project name, promoter, district and, if you give it, the UP RERA number.

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we receive what you send through that channel.

Why do we use it?

To respond to your enquiry: to call or message you, to check land records for a listing, and to match buyers with suitable listings. We do not use your details for anything else, and we do not sell them.

Do you publish or share it?

We never publish a seller’s phone number, name or khasra number. We do not share your phone number with a buyer, seller or anyone else without asking you first.

Where is it stored?

Form submissions are sent to our email inbox through an email delivery service and recorded in a private spreadsheet. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps short-lived server logs. These providers process the data only to deliver this service.

How long do you keep it?

Up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

What are your rights?

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing or messaging us at the contacts above. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Cookies and tracking

This site shows advertising from Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners, as third-party vendors, use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads, including ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites, to measure ad performance and to prevent fraud. Google receives your IP address and information about the pages you view here. We do not receive or control that data, and we do not share the details you give in our forms with Google or advertisers.

You can turn off personalised ads from Google at Google’s ad settings, and from other participating vendors at aboutads.info. How Google uses data from sites that show its ads: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.

Our own pages set no cookies. Your browser stores two small preferences on your own device: light or dark theme, and whether you dismissed the disclaimer strip. The route map page loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap’s servers, which receive your IP address as part of that request.

Children

This site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
