Eligibility Criteria
General Eligibility:
- The applicant must be an Indian citizen and at least 18 years old.
- Applicants should not own any residential property within YEIDA’s jurisdiction.
- Joint applications with family members are allowed, but only one plot can be retained per household.
Reserved Category Eligibility:
- Reserved for Indian citizens aged 18 and above.
- Applicants must not possess property acquired by YEIDA for the Jewar Airport project.
- Applicants should not have received a plot or apartment under a previous YEIDA scheme.
Farmers’ Eligibility:
Farmers who have surrendered their land for YEIDA projects may also apply under this scheme.

Allotment Process
The allotment process includes a series of draws based on payment schedules:

- Installment Plan: Pay 30% upfront and the remaining 70% over five years through 10 half-yearly installments.
